. The selection valve features 1/16” fittings with 0.40 mm port , the entry port is connected to tubing coming from injector and flow is automatically sent to the selected columns. The flow coming from the column is directed towards a manifold where the tubing going to detectors is connected (see scheme). Columns can be installed through standard 1/16” connectors and standard HPLC tubings (peek or stainless steel).
