Installation and qualification services
Our Certified Service engineers are there to install and qualify (IQ/OQ) all instruments we sell. This includes also the necessary training to get you going.
Training can be either a technical training on the use of the specific instruments or it can be a Application training. This last one is typically provided by our Application Support Team and handles how the instrument is used in the frame of a QC application and what purpose it is fulfilling.
