Your Mission: 

As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will be at the heart of our R&D team, driving the design, development, and enhancement of our high-tech laboratory equipment. Your work will help optimize radiopharmaceutical quality control—a vital step in cancer treatment. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

 

Innovate & Develop: 

- Design and develop next-generation laboratory equipment with cutting-edge electromechanical solutions. 

- Enhance existing devices by creating new accessories, optimizing functionalities, and extending product lifecycles. 

 

Prototype & Test: 

- Select and integrate components (pumps, actuators, motors, power supplies, sensors, etc.). 

- Create detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluidic schematics to support product development. 

- Develop and test functional prototypes, ensuring reliability and performance. 

 

Manufacture & Improve: 

- Supervise prototype manufacturing and oversee subcontracted production. 

- Transfer products into full-scale production with complete technical documentation. 

- Continuously improve our product portfolio, keeping up with the latest technological advancements. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electromechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. 

Experience: At least 5 years in R&D, with hands-on experience in mechanical design, 3D printing, or part machining (e.g., SS, aluminum, polymers, lead). 

Technical Skills: 

   - Proficiency in CAD software for design and prototyping. 

   - Strong understanding of electromechanical components and system integration. 

   - Knowledge of automation and control systems is a plus! 

   - Ability to manage a project for the beginning to its commercialization

Soft Skills: 

   - A problem-solver with a pragmatic and creative mindset. 

   - Curious, autonomous, and organized, with a strong sense of teamwork. 

   - Fluent in French and English (B1 minimum).
